CBS CEO Les Moonves recently came out to talk about the relationship his company has with Netflix.  He said that it has been a great relationship and that they want it to continue.  No new deal between CBS and Netflix has been finalized as of yet but they are working hard on it.  As the new deal comes out, CBS will also be allowing Netflix to stream the recently cancelled CSI: Miami show on their service.

We are waiting to see when the two businesses will be renewing their contract but it is likely to happen soon.  Hearing that Moonves loves the relationship with Netflix almost guarantees a continuation of their partnership.
