Starting in February, RIM is likely to make their Blackberry 10 smartphone available after a January 30, 2013 unveiling.  This report comes from Bloomberg and since release dates come only a few weeks after unveiling it will probably be about right.

Different carriers will receive BB10 phones at different times but most major carriers should get the devices sometime in February.

Blackberry 10 will likely either make or break Research in Motion after many months and years of disappointing earnings reports.
