Consumer Reports scores Verizon Wireless as the best Carrier

In Consumer Reports annual Carrier survey/rating, Verizon Wireless has once again been named #1 after surveying 63,253 cellular subscribers.

According to the people surveyed, Verizon was best in voice and data quality, issue resolution and staff knowledge.

The official scoring of the top four carriers went in the following order:

  1. Verizon Wireless
  2. Sprint
  3. T-Mobile
  4. AT&T
One interesting thing to note is that overall customers were not as happy with Verizon’s LTE service compared to AT&T’s but still one in other categories.
