Despite being nothing more than a blank website, Megaupload continues to get millions of visitors each and every month.  Megaupload was shut down a year ago and since then has been replaced by MEGA.  Even though there is nothing to see when visiting the site, it used to attract a truly insane amount of traffic (a few percent of all the traffic on the Internet) so it is not too surprising that people continue to visit it.

One of the craziest things, is that Alexa still ranks the site in its top 2,5000 websites (coming in at 2,161.)  Until the domain is let go by the governments that seized it, Megaupload will remain a grave of one of the most powerful services that has ever been on the Internet.
