The gaming hardware company Razer has announced today that their new Edge and Edge Pro tablets will be available for pre-order starting March 1st at 12:01 AM PST at Razer’s Website. The 10.1 inch Windows 8 tablets start at $999.99 for the regular model with 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM, $1299.99 for an upgrade to 128 GB of storage and $1499.99 for 256GB of storage and the Edge Pro variants will cost $1,299 and $1,499, respectively.

As for the many accessories for the tablets (which include a keyboard, gaming controller, and docking station) the company has not announced their plans for pre-order availability of these items.

In terms of the actual release of the devices Razer has said they intend to release the device in Q1 of this year.
